Mary Bradford

Prior to coming to Flip Flop Shops, Bradford served as the Director of Franchise Administration
for FOCUS Brands, Inc. an Atlanta based Portfolio Company, which is an affiliate of Roark
Capital. At the time of Bradford's employment with FOCUS Brands, it was the franchisor
and operator of over 2095 ice cream stores, bakeries, sandwich shops, and cafes in the United
States, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and 33 foreign countries under the brand names
Carvel, Cinnabon, Schlotzsky's, Moe's Southwest Grill and the franchisor of Seattle's Best
on military bases and in certain international markets. During her time at FOCUS Brands
she oversaw the day to day management of all the new and retention franchise administration
business. She also managed some of the international franchise administration matters.

Subsequent to FOCUS Brands, Bradford was the Senior Director of Franchise Development and
Administration for Raving Brands Holdings, L.L.C., an Atlanta based Portfolio Company. While
at Raving Brands she served as a member of the Senior Management team. Raving Brands was
a leader in the fast-casual dining industry which consisted of nine brands. The company was
ranked #1 in Fast Casual magazine's "Top 100 Movers and Shakers." The company's flagship
brand, Moe's Southwest Grill, ranked number 2 in Technomic's 2006 Top 500 Fastest Growing
Chains and number 11 in Inc. Magazine's 2005 Top 500 ranking of the fastest-growing private
companies. In addition, it was a Nation's Restaurant News' 2004 Hot Concepts! award winner."
At Raving Brands she oversaw all of the general franchise development matters, including such
critical areas as FDD development, master development and franchise agreement administration,
coordination of compliance efforts, and franchisee relations. Bradford joined Raving Brands in
2006 and was an important link internally between corporate departments and franchisees. She
was also a leading force in developing the corporate shared services model, which is a model of
how to manage a portfolio company.

Bradford is a 2005 graduate of Kennesaw State University. She holds an English degree with
a Business Law minor. She serves on the Board of the Women Club of Holy Spirit Catholic
Church. Bradford and her family reside in Smyrna, Ga.
